Scope

This Payment Policy applies to all laundry and related services provided by On Wheels Laundry L.L.C (“the Company”).

Payment Requirement

All orders must be paid in full before delivery. The Company will not release cleaned laundry or provide further services until payment has been received and confirmed.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

1. Card payment on delivery

2. Cash payment on delivery

3. Stripe link payment

4. Ziina link payment

Customers must choose one of these methods and complete payment before delivery.

Late Payment Fees

The Company may apply late payment fees for overdue invoices. Details are provided in your service agreement or upon request.

Order Cancellation

If payment is not received within 14 days of order placement, the Company may cancel the order and dispose of unclaimed items per applicable law.

Exceptions

No exceptions will be granted to this policy to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
