Services include—but are not limited to—Laundry, Restoration, and Home Textile Cleaning.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are listed on our website and may change without notice.
- Full payment is due upon delivery, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Service Limitations
- Certain items may not be suitable for standard processing. It is your responsibility to notify us of any special care requirements.
- We may refuse service for items that could damage equipment, harm personnel, or violate regulations.
Pickup and Delivery
- We aim for timely pickup and delivery but delays may occur.
- You must provide a safe, accessible location for collection and drop-off.
Liability
- We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage during pickup, transport, or delivery.
- We are not responsible for damages resulting from your instructions.
- Laundry is accepted without liability for cleaning-related damage.
- We are not liable for items unclaimed after two weeks.
- We are not responsible for valuables left in garments.
- Report lost or damaged items within 48 hours.
- Customers must identify stubborn stains.
- In case of loss or damage, liability is capped at 5× the service cost.
- Items not collected within 4 weeks are stored at your own risk—we are not liable for them.
- Unclaimed items may be disposed of after 3 months from the order date.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
